The Seven cases from 2020 that all landlord and tenants should know about

Paul Tomkins, head of Property Litigation at Freeths LLP, will talk us through the seven cases of 2020 that he considers most important for landlords and tenants in the retail sector to be aware of.  The cases will include looks at topics such as break clauses, restrictive covenants and service charges.

The session will provide the option for Q&A at the end.
