Rarely has our voluntary sector faced such a deluge of new regulations – from fundraising, employment rights and governance to data management, accounting and renting. All of this charity people need to know about, while, somehow, continuing to run charities and serve their communities.

In this special evening seminar, the first of our long awaited 2026 Charity Property Forums, Richard Jones, charity real estate lawyer and Partner at Russell-Cooke,  is joined by charity governance colleagues, along with Associate Property Adviser Sarah Beckwith MRICS at leading property advice charity the Ethical Property Foundation, to discuss a variety of legal changes impacting charities (both property law and charity law developments),  and how these new laws, rules and regulations could affect the governance of charities and how they use and manage their properties.

Join us to share stories, ideas, top tips, and mistakes to avoid.

Chair: Michael Fahy Chair Ethical Property Foundation.

With a live audience, great food and wine, with lots of time to ask questions, this promises to be a fun, enjoyable evening.
