A workshop event between landlord, tenant and their advisors with a goal to negotiate the most suitable terms to secure a deal. What are the parties absolute must haves and the points that in reality they are willing to concede.
With 2 scenarios outlined for the teams to debate will the deal fall out of bed or can brinkmanship be reached.
