Ben Strange of Mobius presented at the 2024 PMA Conference on the impact of the MEES Regulations and EPCs in commercial property transactions, and the ability of well-advised tenants to use the Regulations to their advantage on lease negotiations, rent reviews, dilapidations, service charge matters, among other things.
