• Covid-19 Rent arrears -  ringfencing/arbitration scheme

  The government’s unprecedented ringfencing and arbitration scheme for dealing with Covid rent arrears is set to replace the current moratorium regime on or before 25 March 2022.  Now that we know the details of the new scheme and the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Bill is progressing through Parliament, Hill Dickinson will provide an insight into what this means for retail landlords and tenants.
