MARKET INTELLIGENCE DAY – BRUSSELS

FRIDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER 2024

TRADS Members are invited to attend a day trip to Brussels to compare and contrast the workings of the UK and Belgian office markets.

How do rents / occupancy costs compare with those in London? What differences exist in UK vs Belgian office design? Do key UK occupier trends mirror those of Brussels? How does lease documentation compare?

The day will include an office market overview from local property experts, as well as visits to a couple of key office buildings. There will be networking opportunities throughout the day.

Attendees are to make their own travel arrangements given that some may wish to extend their stay before or after the trip. If you are coming for the day only, the TRADS Committee recommends booking the following Eurostar, currently priced at £70 return!

Friday 6th September

• 20.51 Return from Brussels arriving back at St Pancras at 21.57
