Details

Senior members of the Clyde & Co real estate and construction team will be running a seminar to discuss current landlord and tenant issues particularly in the office sector. The event will be held in Clyde & Co’s auditorium and will cover the following topics:

 

  • Ban on upwards only rent reviews
  • Tenant incentives and tax
  • Contractor Insurances - ensuring property insurance cover for tenant’s fit out

 

There will be the opportunity for attendees to ask questions throughout the seminar.
