TRADS CPD Breakfast Seminar – Legal Workshop By Michelmores LLP

The Tenant Representation Advisors Society invites TRADS Members to attend a legal workshop which will be run by Michelmores LLP at Storey, 100 Liverpool Street on Thursday 23rd April 2026.

The workshop will be split into two main parts:

Part 1 - Managing Dilapidations from a Tenants perspective

• Drafting the repair and yielding up obligations at the start, subrogation waivers, fit out, reinstatement
• Dealing with dilapidations at the end of lease, supersession, financial settlements etc.

Part 2 – Serviced Offices and Managed Space

• Legal issues to cover off when acquiring flex space

There will be the opportunity for attendees to ask questions throughout the seminar.

Breakfast will be provided.
